PHED is a world class electricity distribution company committed to improving the quality of electricity supply to over fourteen million people within the four states of our franchise area.

PHED is mandated by the Nigeria Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) to distribute power in four (4) franchise states: Rivers, Bayelsa, Cross River and Akwa-Ibom.

Workforce
PHED is adequately staffed with about 1300 personnel besides ancillary staff. The MD/CEO pilots the affairs of the company and is supported by other principal staff who contribute to the growth and sustainability of the company.

In compliance with regulatory requirement, PHED is in alliance with Feedback Electricity Distribution Company (FEDCO) as its Technical Partners (TP)
